Yes this is for real.
As you might surmise, we have not guessed at these - they really are questions we have answered most frequently.
However this page may save you the cost of a call.
Tomorrow, if you live in UK and payment was before 4:00pm and tomorrow is a working day. If not then the next working day unless a different delivery time is mentioned.
If it is going out of UK then it usually takes 4 - 5 days.
Sometimes Royal Mail does not work as smoothly as we would like although since 2012 it has been getting progressively better.
If a First Class Packet is not received in 2 days it is stuck somewhere. It will now take about 2 weeks.
In an Overseas Market, packets not received in 4-5 days may take up to 30 days.
If you can add it to the shopping basket then we have stock and it will be sent out as soon as payment is received and, in the case of reconditioned units, your worn unit..
We do not recondition your specific item for you, it will go into the process and eventually become part of our stock.
Usually nil stock situations last about three months. It is however so variable we need you to email us on this one.
Usually this is asked about something we do not yet stock or do not intend to stock.

Quite often, being asked for something is our trigger to stock it.
After checkout you will arrive at a payment screen. By this time your order has been logged.
You are presented with a choice of Credit Card or Paypal. This choice is part of the Paypal website page you arrive at after pressing “Buy Now” button. Scan the screen all over to find the Credit Card choice button.
You can also pay by cheque or send cash or Postal order. Once you see the buy now button your order is logged and you know the amount.
We seem to be flat out without advertising. We started by advertising each week on the Stag Digest Mailing list but when that stopped there was by then a momentum that has just carried on.
We hope to advertise in the SOC Magazine eventually to reach out to more owners.
